I have tried Mentholatum Lip Ice Tinted Lip Balm [RM10.00 @ Watsons Malaysia] in Berry Red and the first impression was pretty good.
It claims to have intense moisture and I can really feel the impressive moisturizing effect on my lips. It is oily on my lips for the first 2 minutes but it sinks nicely into my lips after that.
The packaging is cute, and the wildberry is quite strong . If you dislike scented lip balm, this is not for you. However, I don’t mind the scent so I am okay with it. The colour is beautiful but it has sheer and glossy finish. It is not as pigmented as I imagined but it provides a hint of colour which make me look healthy.
Obviously it is not long lasting but I give 8/10 for the intense moisture and affordability. 😀
